The New Balance FuelCell Propel v5 is made as a versatile daily training shoe designed to balance comfort, energy return, and affordability for runners of all abilities.

The plush FuelCell foam and above-average cushioning make it ideal for runners wanting a "soft" underfoot experience on a budget.

It’s also well-suited for a broad range of runs: easy days, tempo sessions, and even up to mid-distance runs , but less optimal for speedwork, racing, or ultra-long sessions needing max energy return.

•FuelCell Midsole Foam: Delivers plush, soft cushioning and moderate energy return.

•TPU Plate: A flexible, partial-length plate is integrated above the midsole. It adds a mildly propulsive, snappy feel during toe-off and helps stabilize transitions.

•Upper: Made from engineered mesh and lightweight synthetic overlays, offering excellent breathability and a comfortable, secure fit.

•Outsole: Durable rubber with strategic placement for grip and abrasion resistance. The design is intended for use on roads and pavements, though it can handle light trails.
