Was initially delighted with this product, looked a bargain at £16.00, and very roomy for the overall size. Used it for some low mileage walks locally. However after using it for some day expeditions bagging some Wainwrights in the Lake District, I found it uncomfortable and the airflow system did not work at all well leaving me with a soaking wet back. I'm overweight so this may well have played a part in my dissatisfaction, but other rucsacks have performed much better for me in similar conditons. Will probably just use for general purpose and nipping to shops on my bike which is fine for the price paid, but suggest look for something else if you need a high performance bag out on the fells. Surprisingly, despite using it in the Lake District, was not tested in the rain as we never had any!!

Measuring 24 x 10 x 7, its a good size for a day hike, or carry on luggage. The main compartment is 17 inches long, but the divider between top and bottom, can be unzipped, to make a single long compartment. There is a handy zipped pocket in the top, two generous side pockets, and the bottom compartment is big enough to hold waterproofs and a small tent (less poles).concealed underneath, there is a full waterproof cover. The shoulder straps are comfortable, and the back padding, allows a good airflow, to help reduce sweating. All in all, its great little sac.

After a swift dispatch of my order, my rucsac arrived this morning, and I'm delighted. The sac is 24 inches long x 10 inches wide x 7 inches deep. (great size as a carry on bag, if you're flying). It feels feather light, yet not at all flimsy. The top (main) compartment, is 17 inches long. The divider between top and bottom compartments can be unzipped, to make it a single long compartment. The side pockets are 12 x 6 inches. There is a zip pocket in the lid, for keys etc., and a nice close fitting rain cover, in the base. The straps are generously long, and have good contours to help them stay in place. Two mesh covered back pads, create a centre channel, to help prevent sweating. All in all, I think my pack and I are destined to travel many miles together.
