This represents the low end of the market for astronomical telescopes- a 2" objective lens does not really capture sufficient light for detailed observation of planets for example. The tripod mount is also a little wobbly. That said, it is quite sufficient to resolve the face of the moon and its larger features in reasonable detail, and to pick out various other objects in the night sky not visible to the naked eye. The finder 'scope works well, and overall this is not a bad telescope considering its low price.
